Office Manager

MediaPro is in search of an experienced Office Manager to make our office function at its best and support our successful, well-established, and growing team. The Office Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, responding to team and customer inquiries, generating reports, corresponding with clients and internal teams, planning company events, and booking travel. The ability to communicate effectively, having great organizational skills, a customer service mind-set, and the ability to think on your feet will be essential to your success.

This position liaises with company executives as well as other personnel across the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload, and continually provide outstanding administrative support to a growing organization. This is a full-time role for the right candidate with the opportunity to grow within the company.

  • Assist management with needs of the office, staff, and client relations
  • Book travel arrangements as needed
  • Perform data entry projects as needed in timely and accurate manner for CRM and other information systems
  • Provide varied project support as requested by department leadership
  • Assist Accounting with special projects
  • Plan and organize company events and parties

Desired Qualifications:

  • Two-plus years of experience working in an office environment (executive assistant, personal assistant, department admin, or similar)
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to proactively anticipate the team's needs and accomplish all daily tasks
  • Being detail oriented, accountable, extremely organized, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills, including keen attention to detail
  • Highly productive, self-starter with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Positive, teamwork and collaboration skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Solid knowledge of general business operations, and general administrative procedures
  • Demonstrated experience conducting business tasks in a structured and organized manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion and good judgment
  • Solid internet research skills and strong analytical ability, including gathering and summarizing data
  • Experience with planning and managing corporate events
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as SharePoint
  • A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required
