Support Engineer Tier II

MediaPro is looking for a Support Engineer Tier II to support our SaaS operations group.

This role will provide support to innovative customers who have implemented our SaaS product platform on their systems.  In this role, we are looking for someone who has a passion for great customer service. Be ready to hit the ground running with your technical capabilities, critical and creative thinking, and fast-paced problem solving skills. MediaPro is at an exciting stage of growth as the customer identity management market is rapidly expanding.  A significant share of Fortune 500 firms, and many mid-market firms have implemented our technology--and we need a smart, energetic, capable Support Engineer to support this expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot advanced issues reported by clients involving our SaaS platform, and products
  • Serve as a technical expert on MediaPro's portal, product offerings, and product integrations
  • Work with customers who have implemented our products to provide support and technical guidance via email and phone
  • Provide technical expertise, sample code, and solutions in a variety of customer-centric environments


  • 3+ years experience in software development involving scripting languages and web technologies
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users
  • General understanding of programming languages, APIs, and database technologies
  • Broad understanding of enterprise web architectures
  • Basic understanding of mobile platform development (iOS and Android)
  • Critical and creative thinking
  • Passion for fast-paced problem solving
  • Experience with SaaS preferred
