Account Manager

MediaPro is looking for an Account Manager to join our organization.  This position is open due to growth, and will focus on renewing contracts for our B2B SaaS products with firms that typically have over 1000 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep, innate knowledge of our products, production systems, and customer base
  • Develop a solid understanding of how our sales process, production, SaaS delivery, and custom work are aligned
  • Develop strong relationships with our Customer Success Managers, who onboard our new clients and are typically the first contact for T1-T2 customer inquiries
  • Engage existing clients early in the renewals process, with the goal of 100% customer retention
  • Renew existing SaaS contracts
  • Listen to our customers--and develop strong, ongoing relationships with them
  • Solve our customer's problems--be the go-to resource for their related issues
  • As applicable, up-sell additional SaaS products when it's in our customer's best interest

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Renewals, or Account Management for larger mid-market, and/or Fortune 500 firms
  • A background in successful Renewals quota attainment is desired
  • Experience with renewing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts is a major plus, but optional
  • Collaborative skills to work with the development team, sales team, and operations team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, or a similar product
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but optional
